I am not sure how we missed the Columbia Harbour House in Liberty Square in the Magic Kingdom (Near the Haunted Mansion) on our previous trips to Disneyworld, but now that we’ve been there, it will always be a lunch/dinner stop for us!
Two words why: Lobster Roll
That picture above is not mine. I kick myself for not taking my own picture, but I guess I was hungry and inhaled it before I remembered that I should have taken a picture – doh! Kind of like every time I have the Shwarma Platter at The Tangierine Cafe in Morocco Pavillion at Epcot… Still don’t have a picture of that either! (perhaps next time I will remember a picture before my stomach takes over my brain 😉 )
The Lobster Roll is pretty dang good – especially for theme park food! Much better than the normal burgers and hot dogs that you’d often pick up. The kids were happy they had chicken nuggets on the kids menu (my kids love chicken nuggets – I have no idea why, I personally cannot stand to eat them), so everyone was happy here.
The restaurant is surprisingly large with plenty of seating, even for large families.
Next time you find yourself in the Magic Kingdom, be sure not to miss the Lobster Roll at the Columbia Harbour House… Dang it! Now I want a Lobster Roll and a Shwarma Platter…. Guess I should go look at some plane tickets 😉
